Speaking about service design for public health in the age of the Covid-19 pandemic

I will be a speaker at the ProductCamp online conference this year! It is an event for all people interested in design and managing digital products.

Together with Magda Kochanowska, I will talk about FaceCOV, a medical device developed by Milton Essex company.

FaceCov automatically identifies febrile humans by screening all persons entering the locations such as workplaces or hospitals. Therefore, it can support the likelihood of virus transmission, including coronavirus.

The presentation will focus on the challenges and critical moments of the service design process in developing a procedure for public health. We want to inspire product and service designers who design complex systems, especially in the age of the pandemic.
